Qigong with Yoke Chin

About the class

Qigong works to restore and maintain Qi / Chi energy through gentle and repetitive movements that benefit both young and old. It improves cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions. The ultimate aim of ancient Qigong practice is to refine and clear one’s body, emotions, mental and psychic energy. This ability to integrate and heal is part of the journey to become a matured, balanced adult.

This 8 class course will cover the foundations of Qigong including  alignments of upper and lower body and breathing application as well as standing and sinking Qigong and Circle Hands practice.

Suitable for people of all ages and levels from beginners to developing practitioners, all are welcome!

Attendance to all the classes is highly encouraged as each lesson will be building on the previous one . Components built from each class furthers/ enhances your steady progress.

1st Saturday of each month commencing March 4th

Where

Saturday 1st April will be held online via Zoom

Weather permitting the classes will be held outside at Vajrayana Institute,
9 Victoria Square, Ashfield
or online via Zoom if raining
