Learn about an effortless approach to meditation on mindfulness, concentration, and kindness as a way to work with stress and difficult emotions, and develop a sense of peace and joy.

Ideal for anyone starting a meditation practice as we go through a step-by-step process to settle into effortless meditation. Each weekly session will include explanation, guided meditations and Q&A. Suitable for everyone.
