Jampa leads this Sunday morning meditation group. Each week he guides participants in meditation on foundational Buddhist topics, such as bodhicitta and how to cultivate compassion in daily life. Join anytime for meditation and discussion on this and other powerful techniques for training the mind and making life more meaningful.

Jampa is one of our resident teachers. He trained as a monk in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition for 20 years and completed his studies at Sera Je Monastic University in 1995. He is an adjunct research fellow at the School of Philosophical, Historical and International Studies, at Monash University; works as a translator for Canada’s Institute of Tibetan Classics, and holds a PhD in Asian Studies.
