In this meditation workshop we will try on a series of guided meditations aimed at working on the “knots” in our body and mind. How can we sensitise ourselves to their presence? How do they contribute to our suffering? How can we work to loosen them up? Is it possible to arrive at a place or state that is knot-free and how would that be like?
Each session will include brief explanation, guided meditations and time for q&a.
Date: Sunday 22 July
Cost: $85 / $75 VI members or $108 / $95 VI members as a package with Public talk: Meditations for untangling out heart-knots of suffering.
