In this meditation workshop we will try out a few guided meditations to explore the conditions supportive of the experience of rapture and contentment in our daily meditations. How can we relate to our body so as to promote a sense of physical ease and stability during meditation?
How should we respond to the onset of compulsive thinking or drowsiness in a way that actually promote rapture and contentment? The workshop will consist of several sessions of guided meditation, explanation and q&a.

About the Teacher
Wai Cheong Kok has been teaching meditation and Buddhism since 1996. He completed the first 7-year Masters program in Advanced Buddhist Studies of Sutra and Tantra at Istituto Lama Tsong Khapa in Italy in 2004. From 2006-2015, he has served as a senior resident teacher at Vajrayana Institute, a Tibetan Buddhist Centre affiliated to the Foundation for Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT) in Sydney, Australia. He has a special interest in making available the benefits of meditation to a wider audience.
