Meditative experiences, even the most blissful and other-worldly ones, are conditional and transient experiences that we can neither hold onto nor re-encounter repeatedly. How we can find that which is peaceful and unconditional in the midst of meditation is the theme of this day-long workshop. All are welcome; no prerequisite required. The workshop will include explanation, guided meditations and time for Q&A. If you would like to make a weekend of exploring these topics, join us on Saturday the 11th for Practical Buddhism teachings from 6pm-7.30pm.
