Lama Zopa Rinpoche says there is no better practice than purification. During this retreat you will learn how to purify negative karma with the powerful practice of Vajrasattva in the context of the Four Opponent Powers. You will be led through a series of meditations and practices which encourage you to release anxiety over past regrettable actions and help you affirm your positive aspirations. These simple practices of prayer, meditation and mantra recitation are an extremely effective way of developing a more relaxed, peaceful, and happier approach to life.

Cost: By donation (suggested, but no set amount – Full retreat $90 plus teacher offering. Day attendees $30 per day plus teacher offering.

As the retreat schedule is quite tight it may be a good idea to prepare food for lunches before the retreat commences to allow adequate time to heat your food and eat in the lunch breaks
Although you will be participating in the retreat from your home it is still encouraged to follow traditional retreat guidelines such as remaining in silence as much as possible, not engaging in activities such as work or other domestic duties, refrain from phones, social media, news, tv and non-retreat related books or media.
It is encouraged to take a few short walks outdoors during the breaks to stretch your legs get some fresh air
