This is a repeating event

16may4:30 pm6:00 pmPOSTPONED: Circle Hands Qigong with Yoke Chin4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Event Details

Qigong is performed as a series of repetitive movements to produce Qi for vitality and reduce tension.
Using correct alignments and grounding with awareness, we cultivate the mind, Qi and space to free up the body, bringing relaxation, relieving chronic pain, releasing stagnant energy in blocked joints, lymph nodes, creating good overall blood circulation and generally revitalizing the organs.

Building on standing Qigong practice, in this series we will explore the power and purpose of circles in Taichi forms through Taichi  Circling Hands Qigong.

We work with alignments in order to establish side channels in the body,  to clear energies and enhance their strengths. This results in a feeling of well being, body awareness, mind-body balance and stability. Through dedicated effort and practice, you can unleash deeper layers of emotional and mental stress.

Recommend coming to all three sessions if possible, or free to attend any.

Yoga mats provided but if you have a favorite please bring it along.

Those with injuries will be catered for with special considerations within the practice.
