In the Buddhist teachings, our tendency to grasp at an independent, unchanging self is identified as the source of our suffering. Deluded by our grasping at such a self, our thoughts, feelings and reactions spiral around such a self-image and form a tunnel that greatly limits our perspective and choices. In this workshop we will inquire into the brickwork of our tunnel through meditation to see if we can discover the gaps leading us out into a spacious presence, where we find new perspectives and options freely available to us. This workshop features several sessions of guided meditations with explanations and time for Q&A or discussion. All are welcome; no prerequisite needed.
These workshops will be presented in-person and online via Zoom. All welcome
