Event Details

The development of concentration and wisdom on the bodhisattva path involves the cultivation of calm-abiding through meditation. A mind of calm-abiding is a state of meditative absorption that has calmed the disturbances of body and mind with attention firmly abiding on its object of meditation. On the basis of calm-abiding, we engage in analytical meditation to bring about a unification of calm-abiding and special insight.
