Event Details

It is said that our mind is the source of all our happiness and suffering. What exactly is this “mind”? How is the mind related to the body, in particular the brain? Does it have a beginning and an end? In this workshop, we will explore the nature of our mind and how it creates all our experiences in cyclic existence.

While the teachings and forms of meditation we will experience are rooted in Buddhist teachings, the study and practice of these teachings and practices are applicable to anyone from any background or religion, and all are welcome. Open to all faiths or no faith.

This event will be streamed online via YouTube
