The trance of unworthiness refers to a deeply held belief in one’s intrinsic lack of worthiness for happiness, love, and so forth. Afflicted by such a belief, even our best effort to secure happiness can fail as we consistently undermine our best intentions and persistently look at the wrong places for fulfillment. However, if we can stop and recollect the good things we have experienced and are currently endowed within our life, and come to see our life as something quite marvelous, unique, and unrepeatable, made even more so due to its fragility, we can find our way to a joyous appreciation that overcomes this trance of unworthiness.
These workshops will be presented in-person and online via YouTube. All welcome
