When confronted with anxiety and other difficult emotions, we can rely on tong-len (taking-and-giving) meditation as a means to befriend these challenging experiences and work with them actively to find resolution without the need to fall back on our flight, fight or freeze reactions. In this workshop, we try on this versatile method in a graduated manner to find out for ourselves how it can work for us. All are welcome; no prerequisite required. The workshop will include explanation, guided meditations and time for Q&A.

Join Wai Cheong Kok for one-off meditation workshops about exploring a range of topics on the first Sunday of each month.

Day and date: Sunday, April 5th

 Time:  10.30 am – 12.30 pm

Cost: By donation (suggested $20, but no set amount)
