Yoke will teach 3 simple Qigong movements to help clear your side channels and culminates in a spinal stimulation technique in a circular, smooth, and continuous flow. This has the ability to free up stagnant energy, anxiety and nervous tension caused by various ailments of the lungs and it’s connected issues.
You will find them useful in everyday practice in locked down periods where exercise is a priority. Suitable for both healthy bodies and others with health issues. Can be practiced indoors or out.
No experience required. Beginners welcome!
As this is a qigong movement session please adjust your camera to allow full-body visibility where ever possible so that you can receive feedback and instructions on your practice from Yoke. Please also have a chair nearby to sit on.
