Respiratory Qigong practice aims at strengthening lungs, relieving stress, and maintaining a sense of well being.
Yoke will teach 3 simple Qigong movements to help clear your side channels and culminates in a spinal stimulation technique in a circular, smooth, and continuous flow. This has the ability to free up stagnant energy, anxiety and nervous tension caused by various ailments of the lungs and it’s connected issues.
You will find them useful in everyday practice in locked down periods where exercise is a priority. Suitable for both healthy bodies and others with health issues. Can be practiced indoors or out.
No experience required. Beginners welcome!
As this is a qigong movement session please adjust your camera to allow full-body visibility where ever possible so that you can receive feedback and instructions on your practice from Yoke. Please also have a chair nearby to sit on.

About the teacher
Chin Kham Yoke is founder, practitioner and teacher of Taichi and Qigong at www.cloudhandstaichi.com.au in Sydney. Yoke is also a certified Instructor with Energy Arts
Yoke trained with the late Taichi Grandmaster Huang Sheng Shyan from China and Malaysia and Bruce Kumar Frantzis of www.energyarts.com, lineage holder and disciple of the enlightened, the late Taoist Master Liew Hong Chieh, China.
