His Holiness the Dalai Lama says that Compassion is the practice most needed at this time in the world. Charles Darwin said as humans we are hardwired for compassion. Lama Zopa Rinpoche advises us to ‘Live with compassion; Die with Compassion; Work with Compassion; Meditate with
Compassion; and when problems come, embrace them with compassion- towards ourselves and others.  Learn how we can practice compassion in our daily lives.
