Science, consciousness and the spiritual path – Part 2

Dates: Friday 29th of November

Times: 7pm start

Cost:  $18 for members / $20 for non members

This talk will focus on two types of causation: the external causation of material science and the internal causation of consciousness. Together they describe how we function as individuals, and it is important we understand both if we seek a balanced view of the world and ourselves. Yet if we focus just on material science without understanding consciousness, its potential, or its ethical dimension, we are in danger of harming the very basis of our existence, the planet which sustains us all.
