Is it possible for us to become more mindful and aware without struggling against whatever we find within our bodies and mind? Can mindfulness arise spontaneously and effortlessly, instead of being yet another thing we should do because it is good for us? Over this course, we will look at how to ease struggle and frustration while facilitating the growth of mindful awareness that brings understanding and facilitates our awakening to our present moment reality.
All are welcome; no prerequisite needed.
