About the Teaching
When we allow into our mindful awareness bodily experiences, feelings, the mind and other experiences, we get to learn about them, their nature and their mutual relationship. The interaction between our mindful attention and our experiences transforms our habitual reactivities, loosens old bondage, and promotes new, creative ways to respond to changes in our life. In this course, we will learn how to strengthen our natural mindfulness to become our valuable resource.
Each session will feature explanation, guided meditations and time for Q&A.
