In the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism, there is a wealth of advices and practices geared towards helping us to transform challenging life situations and conditions into opportunities for spiritual growth and to shift us from a state of dissatisfaction and suffering into one of peace and joy.
In this workshop we will look into a few of these methods and examine through guided meditations how effective they may be in transforming adversity into happiness.
This workshop features several sessions of guided meditations with explanations and time for Q&A or discussion.
