About the Teaching
When we are overwhelmed by stress and distress, we fall back on old, trusted coping mechanisms to deal with them and thereby keep us trapped in habituated reactive patterns. By finding and connecting with outer sources of inspiration, we open up and become receptive to our inner source of inspiration. We attend to our share of good fortune and happiness to awaken a sense of appreciative joy in our life. Uplifted and energised by these qualities, we would have found the fuel that is the basis for a change of heart.
The workshop will feature brief explanations, guided meditations, and time for Q&A.
