About the Teaching
The meditative practice called Tonglen in Tibetan, meaning taking-and-giving, is a powerful way to invoke and enhance our loving-kindness and compassion. We can apply these heartfelt qualities to the problematic areas of our life, helping us to shift perspective, let go of anger, guilt and fear, and find clarity and courage to face these issues. In this course, we will investigate the different aspects of tonglen meditation and deepen our cultivation of love and compassion.
Each session will feature explanation, guided meditations and time for Q&A.
