Seeing into emptiness may seem to be a realization suited only for a selected few. On the other hand, such seeing can be a simple affair, as simple as recognizing that there is nobody here at the very center of each moment of conscious experience, where we have come to believe is occupied by a “I” or self. In this workshop, we try on different meditations and perspective exercises to see if we can see nobody directly. All are welcome; no prerequisite required. The workshop will include explanations, guided meditations and time for Q&A.
Join Wai Cheong Kok for one-off meditation workshops about exploring a range of topics on the first Sunday of each month.
If you would like to make a weekend of it, join him on Saturday the night before (see the Saturday night program for more information.)
