Ideal for anyone wishing to kick start their own meditation or to be supported in their on-going practice by meditating with a group. Suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators.
The guided meditation will be followed by a Q&A session where Venerable Dekyi will answer any burning questions you may have on any topic or subject. Remember there is no such thing as a silly question!
