About the Teaching
In this new series of meditation workshops, we will examine through guided meditations the different aspects of our mind, its nature, functions and experiences of happiness and suffering. By learning the simple methods presented in this workshop, we can get in touch with the basic nature of our mind, which is always clear and aware. Against this backdrop we can see clearly our various mental and emotional habits, reinforce positive qualities conducive to peace and joy, and free ourselves from old maladaptive reactivities to find inner strength and resilience.
All are welcome; there is no prerequisite.
The workshop will feature brief explanations, guided meditations, and time for Q&A.
