The Buddhist Tantric teachings made use of the power of our imagination to actualise our innate potential for enlightenment. We apply a few of the general principles underlying these teachings in this workshop to uncover the possibilities for us to have new experiences and develop new learning. This workshop features several sessions of guided meditations with explanations and time for Q&A or discussion. All are welcome; no prerequisite needed.
