The times of death and dying are often made more difficult due to our reluctance to face them squarely and our lack of knowledge and resources for working with the emotions and reactions triggered by them. In this workshop we try on different ways of relating to these facts of life and look into the resources we can gather beforehand to help us navigate such occasions, both for others and for ourselves. This workshop features several sessions of guided meditations with explanations and time for Q&A or discussion. All are welcome; no prerequisite needed.
