Listening From Your Aware-Space: An Effortless Approach To Meditation

Listening to both the sounds and silence can be an excellent way for us to discover the functioning of our consciousness, in the aspect of an Aware-Space. By practicing to abide in and be this aware-space during this workshop, we can access an approach to meditation that frees us from our usual struggle against any unwanted experiences in meditation. All are welcome; no prerequisite required. The workshop will include explanation, guided meditations and time for Q&A.

Join Wai Cheong Kok for one-off meditation workshops about exploring a range of topics on the first Sunday of each month.

Day and date: Sunday, May 3rd

 Time:  10.30 am – 12.30 pm

Cost: By donation (suggested $20, but no set amount)
