One of the earliest and highly practical formulation of the Buddhist spiritual path is the Noble Eightfold Path with its eight factors. In this workshop we will look at how to meditate on and apply these factors in our daily life to derive the most benefits from them.

Wai Cheong Kok
Wai Chong has completed 7-year Masters program in Advanced Buddhist Studies of Sutra and Tantra at The Lama Tsong Khapa Institute in Italy in 2004. He has been teaching meditation and Buddhism since 1996, with a special interest in making available the benefits of meditation to a wider audience. From 2006-2015, he has served as a senior resident teacher at Vajrayana Institute (FPMT). He is currently teaching in Singapore.
