The reality of our life occurs only here and now, while our mind has its own established habits of dwelling on the past, worrying about the future, escaping into fantasies, and myriad other ways of distracting ourselves. In this workshop, we look at how to cultivate the natural ability of our mind to abide in this present moment as an open, receptive Aware Space, free of attachment and rejection of what is here and now.
